NEW - now confirmed there is an error in the following report for Newquay event 1 9/10 Girls 2:23.94 in 4X50 Medley this has been confirmed by the CCASA Officials leader as incorrect - the time should be: 2:46.93. There is therefore no new competition best time for this event.
NEW this year: There were senior finals for the best 6 performances by swimmers aged 16 and over (16/OV) and junior finals for the bext 6 performances by swimmers aged 15 (15/UN) and under (all age on day of swim) - this applied to all events that were not H.D.W. (heat declared winners). The results of these finals form the junior and senior championships. For HDW events the fastest 15/UN and 16/OV from the heats are the junior and senior champions (awards to top 6 in each).
Please note that for 9 year olds 400m freestyle and 200m butterfly are not included in their BAGCAT category. BAGCAT categories according to CCASA 2012 rules.
All results for the CCASA competitions in February and March refer to 'age on 11th March' apart from championships which are age on date of swim (please see above) - BAGCAT reports, various records, disability category results and results of junior and senior championships may not appear on this site until a few days after the competition.
