Get More Bookings Online in 2021

GET MORE BOOKINGS ONLINE IN 2021.

You’ve recently done enough improvising and emergency re-imagining to last a lifetime. But now is the time you can prepare to be the best you can before the return of demand for UK holidays and hospitality bookings.

Over four consecutive Thursday mornings, starting on 28th January, we’re delivering a fully funded workshop series to help you maximise online bookings in 2021. Launch Online, Jarrang, Oh So Social, PKF Francis Clark, List Assisters and Eight Wire are all on the bill to provide the insightful, practical and pragmatic tips you need to make the most of this year’s online bookings.

This interactive workshop, delivered online, is divided into four sessions, each running from 9:30am until 12:30pm:

Session 1: Thursday 28th January Tom Roach, partner at PKF Francis Clark, will kick things off by giving you insights into the metrics that matter to the hospitality industry in Cornwall to understand where you can grow. During this session we’ll also explore what quality means in Covid times and hear from Robin Barker how the Cornwall Tourism Awards can give you a way to demonstrate the quality in your offer.

Session 2: Thursday 4th February Your second session is led by Jaye Cowle of Launch Online, giving you insights into the digital landscape, current trends in hospitality bookings, planning for 2021, understanding your customer’s path to purchase and suggesting practical ways to improve your chance of generating bookings without a big marketing budget.

Session 3: Thursday 11th February The third week looks at how you can convert visitors to your website into purchasers with Sara Pugh from digital agency Eight Wire. She will also help you understand how you can maximise bookings, boost your existing revenue streams and improve spend per head. Joining her at this session will be Clare Rutt from List Assisters to share how listing on external platforms can benefit your business.

Session 4: Thursday 18th February The final session looks at the role of social media, with Katherine George from Oh So Social Marketing, who will focus on creating great content, getting the most from your time and financial investment to deliver strong returns. Email marketing specialist, Jarrang, will complete the line-up, covering communicating with your database to drive targeted and repeat bookings.

Times like these bring adversity and opportunity, not always in equal measure. Our specialists have a proven background in hospitality, making this a chance to get practical tips, tools and techniques that you can implement to get your business in the best shape possible to face 2021 and beyond.

Plus, wider support available includes access to a range of resources, including some potential funding, as part of the InFocus programme, funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
