Unlocking Potential

 Since joining the iconic British car manufacturer – which was founded in 1909 – as a 16-year-old Sheet Metal Apprentice,  Steve has worked his way through the business to become Managing Director in 2013 and more latterly the Chairman and CEO. 

At the event, Steve will share how he is leading the company to maintain its heritage, yet simultaneously introduce new technology as the company progresses through the 21st Century.  

 Like all manufacturers, they face increasing legislative requirements, and demand from customers for more sustainable products. Along with sharing his story (as foreman he helped modernise archaic work practices) and the Morgan journey, Steve will explain how the 220-strong-workforce business has embraced innovation, swiftly incorporating innovative processes whilst retaining the essence of the marque.
