Moodle Quiz - Random Question Order Not Working?

Hi everyone,

I'm setting up a quiz in Moodle on moodle.open.cornwall.ac.uk and I've selected the "Randomize the order of questions" option. However, when I preview the quiz, the questions always appear in the same order. I've saved and updated the quiz several times, but the problem persists.

I've checked the quiz settings multiple times to ensure the randomization option is selected, and I haven't made any custom changes to the quiz's appearance or behavior.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is there a setting I might be missing, or a known bug I should be aware of? Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!
